#MuseumWeek is the first worldwide cultural event on Twitter taking place the week of March 28 to April 3, 2016. The seven-day Twitter event features seven different themes and their own hashtags. The theme for Wednesday, March 30 is architecture, #architectureMW.
The official #MuseumWeek website describes #architectureMW as, “Wednesday is about telling the story of your building(s), your garden(s), your neighborhood or other key locations for your institution. Introduce your museum from a different point of view!”
So in honor of #architectureMW, here are eight captivating photos of the most exquisitely designed museums in the world.
