Spanish Soul Food
With Julian Moseley

Since World War II, beans and pulses have slowly but surely fallen out of favor in many western countries, whilst in Spain they have remained very popular, and are still served regularly in homes and restaurants. They frequently appear amongst the options of "primer platos" in the "Menu del Dia", the prix fixe menus offered daily by many cafeterias and restaurantes. As many people start to move towards a more plant based diet, these simple, tasty and healthy recipes could become welcome additions to our culinary repertoires.
